Our deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during working hours except holidays.

Shipments are dispatched the next working day after the order is placed, except for customised items which may take up to one week to be dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Below you have the estimated delivery times after dispatch.

If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our address.

This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If the costs are bigger than the cost of merchandise your order will be abandoned.

We are based in Portugal, so please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any extra duties, customs, import charges or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. 

No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered to countries within the European Union.
