RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You are not happy with your order for any reason?
Be cool. We will be pleased to assist you!
We would love to know that our sleepwear fits you perfectly, so if that is not your case,
and you want to return or exchange it, you should send us an email to
firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reasons for the exchange or return (mentioning the order number).
Sales items, monogrammed or bespoke orders can not be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must return unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
They must return in the original packaging and with all tags attached in place to be accepted.
We will not accept any exchanges or returns that have signs of use or are soiled.
Goods must be received within 14 days after your delivery date.
After we receive the item to be exchanged/returned, it will be evaluated and we will check if all conditions are assured. You will receive an email with our feedback, in an average timeframe of 3 working days.
If the product that you send us meets all the above conditions and the product that you want to exchange is available in stock, we will send our bank details to proceed with the payment of postage and the difference in values, in case the product in exchange has a higher price.
Upon receipt of the proof, we will send your order again.
After the return is approved by us, you will be refunded in the same way as the payment made
(please note that bank transactions can take up to 14 business days).
Kindly note that shipping fees and taxes paid are non-refundable and all costs for exchanges or returns are charged to the customer.
In case of return of a part of the order, in purchases with free delivery, shipping costs will be charged with a discounted rate for the delivery costs incurred to send the items to you.
